Bedwetting at school age is common — and for many families, it goes on for years. This fitted diaper is built for that reality: it absorbs a full overnight void, stays soft against skin for hours, and pairs with the EcoAble Big Kids Pull-On Diaper to contain everything through the night.
The fitted design holds its shape during sleep and provides the high absorbency needed for longer nighttime stretches — giving your child a better chance of waking up dry and comfortable.
Everything in this set
The absorbent inner garment. Fits like a brief, absorbs like a diaper. Made from rayon and cotton layers with a snap closure at the front for a secure, adjustable fit. Not waterproof — worn under the pull-on shell.
Snaps inside the fitted diaper to boost absorbency. The rayon-from-bamboo facing stays soft against skin; concealed microfiber layers handle rapid absorption. Recommended for nighttime use.
The fitted diaper and insert included in this set are not waterproof. For overnight use, wear them inside the EcoAble Big Kids Pull-On Diaper (sold separately), which provides the waterproof outer layer. The pull-on is not included in this set.
Using your fitted diaper with the snap-in insert
Snap the insert inside the fitted diaper. The single snap keeps it centered and prevents shifting during sleep.
Your child puts on the fitted diaper. The front snap tabs allow you to adjust the fit securely at the waist.
Remove the pull-on shell, then the fitted diaper. Unsnap the insert and launder everything together in one wash cycle.

If your child falls between sizes, size up for comfort and a better leak seal around the legs.
Big Kids Junior sizes (1/2/3) are separate from adult sizes and are not interchangeable with EcoAble adult products.
What to expect
The fitted diaper with insert handles moderate to heavy wetting, including full overnight voids for most children. For very heavy wetters or children who go a long time between changes, some parents add an additional snap-in insert purchased separately.
The fitted diaper and insert absorb but do not contain. For overnight use, your child needs to wear the EcoAble Big Kids Pull-On Diaper (sold separately) on top. Without a waterproof cover, moisture will pass through to bedding and clothing.
The front snap tabs allow adjustment within each size, so the diaper can be fitted precisely to your child's body rather than relying on size alone. If your child is between sizes, size up for comfort and a better leg seal.
Washing your fitted diaper
Dispose of solids in the toilet, then store in a dry pail until wash day. Rinse cold or warm first, then run a full wash cycle with detergent. Avoid fabric softeners — they coat bamboo rayon and microfiber and reduce absorbency over time. The fitted diaper and insert can be washed together with other cloth diapers in the same load. Air drying the fitted brief helps extend the life of the material; the insert can be tumble dried on low.
