What to include when you write
We can respond faster and more usefully when your first message includes the relevant context. Here's what helps for different situations:
- Product recommendations: Age and weight of the wearer, daytime or nighttime use, any fit or sensitivity considerations, and your water type (hard or soft).
- Leak or smell problems: Which diaper style you're using, your current wash routine (detergent, cycle, water temperature), how often you wash, and when the problem started.
- Warranty claims: Order number, product name, clear photos of the defect from multiple angles. See our warranty policy for details.
