Where are your merino wool, silk, and organic cotton products made, and what are some of the brands you offer?

At our store, most of our apparel products are made in Europe, specifically Germany and Switzerland. Some of our organic cotton products are designed in Europe but manufactured in India. We offer a variety of high-quality brands such as Engel, Disana, Reiff, Alkena, Little Green Radicals, Hirsch Natur, and Sense Organics. These brands are known for their exceptional quality and use of sustainable materials, ensuring that you can feel good about your purchase.

How do I open a wholesale account with your store?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer wholesale accounts. However, we do offer competitive pricing on all of our products and frequently offer discounts and promotions for our customers. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and value for all of our shoppers, and we appreciate your interest in our products. What is your returns policy?

Can I Cancel My Order?

We understand that sometimes changes are needed. You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After this period, cancellations cannot be processed. While the order status may not yet indicate shipment, processing begins immediately and reversing it requires significant resources. Although we cannot guarantee successful cancellation within the 30-minute window, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Do you provide product warranty?

Is the shipping and packaging discreet?

We know that when you make an order for adult cloth diapers you don't want everyone knowing about it! At EcoAble, every order you make is discretion assured – that means completely unmarked packaging.

Can I use my FSA or HSA to purchase your products?

Our customers have successfully used FSA cards to purchase our products, and some have also been able to get reimbursed through HSA. However, we do not guarantee that our products are FSA or HSA eligible, as eligibility may vary based on your specific plan and coverage. We recommend checking with your FSA or HSA provider to confirm whether our products are eligible for reimbursement.

Where are you shipping from?

We ship all orders from USA (Las Vegas, Nevada).

How soon will you ship my order?

We process all order same or next business day.

Do you ship outside USA?

Yes, we now ship internationally. Additional shipping fee will apply for international order. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Do you sell pre-loved cloth diapers?

We generally rarely list used cloth diapers on the website, but may have some available on hand. Please email to support@ecoable.net for availability.

Do I have to pay Taxes and Duties for international order?

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; EcoAble has no control over these charges, nor can EcoAble predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Why is shipping to my country so expensive?

International shipping from the USA can be expensive due to factors such as distance, weight, customs fees, and taxes. We offer the most economical option available, but unfortunately, we cannot control these fees as they are set by shipping carriers.
