EcoAble Pull-On Diaper 2.0 with Snap-In Insert — Reusable Adult Pull-Up Diaper for Light to Moderate Daytime Incontinence
A complete reusable adult diaper system that pulls on and off like underwear — with hidden side snaps you can release when you need a clean change. Pairs our pull-up style shell (bamboo-rayon lining, built-in wet-zone booster, pocket opening) with a matching snap-in insert for a ready-to-wear daytime setup. Fits hip measurements from 34 to 60 inches — wider at the upper end than our Pocket Diaper or Diaper Cover.
Designed for
Pull-up convenience, with the option to unsnap when you need it
This kit is built for people who want the daily convenience of pull-up style reusable underwear with the practical option to unsnap at the sides when it matters. You pull it up and down like underwear for routine urinary use; you release the hidden side snaps under the front panel when you need to remove the diaper cleanly without pulling it down — typically for occasional bowel incontinence or when someone is assisting with a change.
The waterproof pull-up shell has a soft bamboo-rayon lining against your skin, a thin built-in booster in the wet zone, and a pocket opening at the back that holds the matching snap-in insert securely in place. Priced lower than buying the two pieces separately. Designed for daytime use only.
A note on sizing vs. our Pocket Diaper and Diaper Cover
The Pull-On starts at a larger minimum hip measurement (34 inches) and extends to a larger maximum (60 inches) than our Pocket Diaper or Diaper Cover (which run 26–55 inches). If your hip measurement is under 34 inches, the Pull-On won't fit well — consider the Pocket Diaper or Diaper Cover kits instead. If your hip measurement is above 55 inches, the Pull-On is the right choice — it's the only reusable adult cloth diaper we make that fits up to 60 inches.
How this differs from our Pocket Diaper and Diaper Cover kits
All three kits combine a shell with a snap-in insert. The difference is the shell. The Pocket Diaper uses hip-tab closures you fasten each time (more adjustable fit, overnight-capable with a fitted diaper). The Diaper Cover uses hip-tab closures with a double-layer PUL and can be wiped and reused between washes. The Pull-On goes on and off like underwear with hidden unsnap-at-the-sides as a secondary option, and fits larger hip sizes — but it's daytime only and doesn't accommodate a fitted diaper. Pocket for cushion and flexibility; Cover for durability and reduced laundry; Pull-On for pull-up convenience and the widest fit range.
How it works
Adjustable absorbency — add more when needed
The system has two parts: the waterproof pull-up shell and a snap-in insert. The insert snaps into the pocket opening at the back of the shell and the bamboo-rayon lining wicks moisture away from your skin. Handles light to moderate daytime incontinence on its own. If your needs are heavier, a prefold booster can be added underneath the insert (sold separately).
Shell only
Very light protection. The built-in wet-zone booster catches small dribbles. Not enough for regular incontinence — shown here for reference.
This kit
Shell + snap-in insert
Light to moderate daytime protection. The most common setup for daily wear. Handles regular light to moderate leaks confidently.
+ Prefold booster
Higher absorbency. Best for heavier needs or longer stretches between changes. Sold separately.
We don't recommend pairing the Pull-On with a fitted diaper — the pull-up fit and shorter rise aren't designed to accommodate a full fitted layer underneath. For overnight use with a fitted diaper, look at our Pocket Diaper 2.0 or Diaper Cover 2.0 Day & Night sets instead.
Key features
What sets this kit apart
Pull-up style with hidden side snaps
Goes on and off like underwear for everyday urinary use. Hidden snaps under the front panel release when you need to remove the diaper cleanly without pulling it down — important for occasional bowel incontinence or for assistive changes.
Wide elastic front and back
Wide elastic panels at the front and back waistband keep the diaper in place like underwear. Our Pocket Diaper and Diaper Cover have elastic only in the back — the front elastic is what gives the Pull-On its pull-up fit.
Bamboo-rayon inner lining
The layer that sits against your skin is 100% rayon from bamboo — soft, moisture-wicking, and gentle during extended daytime wear.
Pocket opening and built-in wet-zone booster
A pocket opening at the back holds the snap-in insert securely; a thin absorbent booster sewn into the shell's wet zone adds small capacity on top of the insert. Most pull-on cloth diapers on the market have neither.
Snap-in insert stays in place
The included insert snaps securely inside the shell so it doesn't bunch or shift as you pull the diaper up and down throughout the day. Bamboo-rayon surface for skin comfort, microfiber core for absorbency.
Extended fit range up to 60 inches
Fits hip measurements from 34 to 60 inches — a wider range at the upper end than our Pocket Diaper or Diaper Cover, both of which max out at 55 inches. If you've had trouble finding reusable adult cloth diapers in larger sizes, this is the right place to start.
Sizing
Sized by hip circumference — not waist
Measure around the widest part of your hips, below the hip bones. Do not use your waist measurement — fit depends on hip circumference. The included insert is sized to match your shell automatically.

If you're between sizes, size up for comfort and a better leak seal at the legs. The Pull-On has a shorter rise than our Pocket Diaper and Diaper Cover — which is part of what gives it a pull-up fit, but also means it's designed for daytime use rather than overnight.
Honest assessment
Is this right for you?
This product works well if...
You want the convenience of pull-up style reusable underwear for daytime urinary incontinence, with the option to unsnap for cleaner changes when you need it; your hip measurement is between 34 and 60 inches; and you want a ready-to-wear system out of the box rather than piecing together shell and insert separately. If your hip measurement is above 55 inches, this is the only complete adult cloth diaper system we make in your size range.
You may want the Pocket Diaper kit instead if...
You prefer hip-tab closures with more adjustability over a pull-up fit, or you want a shell you can also use overnight with a fitted diaper. The Pocket Diaper shell is taller in rise, fully adjustable at the hips and rise, and works across day and night configurations — the Pull-On is daytime only.
You may want the Diaper Cover kit instead if...
You'd prefer a cover that can be wiped and reused up to 3–4 times between washes (less daily laundry), or you want the double-layer PUL waterproof barrier. The Pull-On's fabric lining means the shell needs a full wash after each use, same as the Pocket Diaper.
You may want something different if...
You have heavy daytime incontinence — the Pull-On Maximum Protection Kit adds a prefold booster for higher capacity. Or you need overnight protection — the Pull-On isn't designed for it; look at the Pocket or Cover Day & Night sets. Or your hip measurement is under 34 inches — the Pull-On's pull-up structure needs a minimum hip size to hold its shape.
Care
Washing instructions
Machine washable Cold or warm rinse first No fabric softeners Air dry or tumble low
Wash after each use. The shell and insert can be washed and dried together. Run a cold or warm rinse cycle first, then a full wash with detergent. Avoid fabric softeners — they coat bamboo and microfiber fibers and reduce absorbency over time. Both the shell and insert can be tumble dried on low, though air drying the shell extends the life of the waterproof layer.
Common questions
Frequently asked questions
What's included?
One Pull-On Diaper 2.0 shell and one matching snap-in insert — everything you need to get started with a reusable daytime pull-up diaper system. Prefold booster pads for heavier absorbency are sold separately.
How does the pull-up motion work if it has snaps?
The hip-tab closures are hidden under the front panel. For routine use, you leave them fastened and pull the diaper up and down like underwear — the same motion you'd use with a pull-on disposable. When you need to remove the diaper without pulling it down (for example, after a bowel accident), you release the side snaps from underneath the front panel and the diaper opens out to the sides. Most of the time, you won't unsnap it — the pull-up motion is the everyday default.
What's the difference between this and the Pocket Diaper with insert kit?
The absorbent layer is the same (snap-in insert), and both shells have a pocket opening, bamboo-rayon lining, and a built-in wet-zone booster. The difference is the closure and the fit. The Pocket Diaper has full hip-tab closures you fasten each time — more adjustable fit, accommodates a fitted diaper underneath for overnight use, fits hips 26–55 inches. The Pull-On goes on and off like underwear with hidden unsnap-at-the-sides as a secondary option — daytime only, doesn't accommodate a fitted diaper, fits hips 34–60 inches.
Will this feel like regular underwear?
Closer than most absorbent products. The pull-up style with wide front and back elastic creates a fit that's more like underwear than a traditional adult diaper. That said, it's still an absorbent product once the insert is in place, so there's more material than standard underwear. Clothing choice plays a big role — looser trousers and longer tops give the most discreet appearance.
Can I wear this to work or in public?
Yes. It's designed for active daytime use. The pull-up style and lower-profile fit make it a good choice for wearing under regular clothing. Many customers wear it throughout a full workday without issue.
Can I use this overnight?
We don't recommend it. The Pull-On has a shorter rise than our Pocket Diaper and Diaper Cover, and it isn't designed to accommodate a fitted diaper underneath for the high-capacity overnight setup most heavy nighttime wetters need. For overnight protection, look at our Pocket Diaper 2.0 or Diaper Cover 2.0 Day & Night sets instead.
My hip measurement is under 34 inches — can I still wear this?
The Pull-On small starts at 34 inches because the pull-up structure with wide front and back elastic needs a minimum hip size to hold its shape. Below 34 inches, the fit becomes loose and leaks at the legs. If your hip measurement is under 34 inches, the Pocket Diaper 2.0 or Diaper Cover 2.0 kits (both 26–55 inches) will fit you better.
How do I prevent leaks?
Fit is the most important factor. Make sure the leg openings sit snugly without digging in, the insert is fully tucked inside the shell's pocket opening (no fabric poking out past the leg elastics), and that you're using the right absorbency level for your needs. A properly fitted Pull-On with the insert in place will handle most daytime situations.
How many do I need?
Most customers find 3–5 shell-and-insert pairs comfortable for daily rotation — enough to wear, wash, and dry without running out. Start with 2–3 to find your preferred setup, then expand from there. The shell needs a full wash after each use because the fabric lining sits against skin.
Can I use the insert with other EcoAble shells?
Yes. The snap-in insert in this kit is also compatible with our Pocket Diaper 2.0 and Diaper Cover 2.0 shells if you expand your system later. All three shell types use the same snap system.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. All EcoAble orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside.
