  • Each household is eligible to return a qualifying item only once through the trial program.
  • If you have previously purchased an item, it cannot be returned in a used or washed condition.
  • Only one unit of each item can be purchased under this program. For instance, if you buy three EcoAble Pocket Cloth Diapers, only one can be returned in a used or washed condition.
  • In cases where an item is available in multiple sizes, you can trial only one size per style; multiple sizes are not eligible.
  • Bundle packs, accessories, and apparel are excluded from this trial program.

30-Day Cloth Diaper Trial Return Policy

To ensure a smooth return process, kindly adhere to the following:

  • Return the products within 30 days of receipt, along with a printable copy of the Return Request Form.
  • Ensure that returns are postmarked within 30 days from the day of receiving the diapers. Late postmarked returns or those missing the Return Request Form will not be accepted.
  • For items with potential staining, we recommend using a cloth liner during the trial phase to prevent stains.
  • Returned items must be in clean, washed condition, free from odor, stains, rips/tears, and lint. Stained diapers and inserts are not eligible for return.
  • We retain the right to decline returns that are not in acceptable condition.

Terms and Conditions

  • Any returns received after the 30-day postmarked date or returned in dirty condition may be subject to a delay in processing until return postage payment is made.
  • Only products purchased from the ecoable.net website are eligible for the 30-Day Cloth Diaper Trial. Items lacking the 30-Day Cloth Diaper Trial badge in their description are ineligible for the trial program and cannot be returned in used or washed condition.
