Important Information Regarding Our Loyalty Rewards Program
Dear Valued Customers,
This is to inform you of an upcoming change to our loyalty rewards program. Effective May 1st, 2024, the program will be discontinued. This means you will no longer be able to accumulate points towards future rewards after this date.
We understand you may have points accumulated before May 1st that you planned to redeem. To ensure you have ample time to use them, we've extended the redemption period for existing points until August 31st, 2024. All points not redeemed by this deadline will expire.
Here's what you need to do:
- Check your points balance: You cannot access the Loyalty Program portal to check your points balance directly. However, you can log in to your EcoAble account and review all your eligible orders placed between January 1st, 2023, and May 1st, 2024.
- Each $1 spent accumulates 10 points: You can manually calculate the points accumulated from your eligible orders. Please note that orders that have already been previously converted to points will not be eligible for conversion again.
- Convert points to a coupon code: To convert your eligible orders into points, please contact our customer support team. They will assist you in checking eligibility, converting points into coupon codes, and addressing any questions or concerns you may have.
General Loyalty Points Redemption Rules
To redeem your loyalty points, please note the following guidelines:
- Minimum Points Requirement: Customers must accumulate at least 500 points to be eligible for redemption.
- Conversion Rate: Every 500 points can be converted to a $10 coupon code.
- Minimum Order Requirement: The coupon code can be applied to orders with a minimum value of $50.
- Validity Period: Loyalty points are only valid for orders that were placed within a two-year period between January 1st, 2023, and May 1st, 2024.
- Redemption Process: Points cannot be applied to past orders. To redeem your points, you must first convert them to a coupon code. This coupon code can then be used during checkout to apply the discount to your order.
- Multiple Coupon Codes: If you have more than 500 points, you can convert each set of 500 points to a separate $10 coupon code. However, please note that coupon codes cannot be stacked on the same order. Each coupon code must be used in a separate order.
- Redemption Deadline: The extended redemption period for existing points is until August 31st, 2024. Points not redeemed by this deadline will expire.
