Sales Events Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our Sales Events page. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in any of our sales events. By participating in our sales events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Duration of Sales Events
Each of our sales events will have specific start and end dates, which will be specified on our Home Page event banner. However, we reserve the right to end or extend any sale without prior notification.
2. Eligibility
There are no specific eligibility requirements for participation in our sales events. All customers are welcome to take advantage of the discounts unless otherwise specified.
3. Discount Application
Discounts are only available through the use of a promo code at checkout. Please note that multiple promo codes cannot be combined within a single order.
4. Exclusions
Certain products or categories may be excluded from sales events. This includes, but is not limited to, gift cards, subscriptions, and services. Please review product details carefully to determine eligibility.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. For all other items, our standard return and exchange policy applies. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
6. Restocking Fees
No additional restocking fees will apply to items purchased during sales events. However, please refer to our Standard Return Policy for situations where restocking fees may be applicable.
7. Order Adjustments
Price adjustments will not be made for orders placed before the start of a sales event. Sales prices are only honored if the promo code was used during checkout. Cancellations or modifications to orders must be requested within 30 minutes of placing the order. Due to our efficient processing system, we cannot guarantee changes after checkout.
8. Shipping
Sales events do not affect shipping costs or delivery times. No special shipping promotions are offered during sales events unless explicitly stated.
9. Limitations
There are generally no limits on the number of items a customer can purchase at a discount unless specified otherwise. There are also no standard quantity limits per customer for sale items, unless noted.
10. Stock Availability
If an item goes out of stock during a sales event, customers will be contacted with alternative options or offered a refund. Please note that we do not offer rain checks or waitlists for out-of-stock items.
11. Errors and Omissions
In the event of a listing error, including incorrect pricing, images, descriptions, or quantity, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order(s). If an error is detected while processing your order, we will notify you via email with the reason for the cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel items in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
12. Legal Disclosures and Compliance
We comply with all applicable U.S. federal and Nevada state consumer protection laws. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply upon delivery in their country. Please review your local regulations before making a purchase.
