Return policy

You may return most in the original, undamaged package and in resalable-as-new condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Washed & used products are non-returnable. Packages must be returned complete, including free items. Exchanges may be made as long as no refund is necessary. You are responsible for return or exchange shipping charges. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Look for 30-Day Cloth Diaper Trial badge on qualifying cloth diaper product pages or view the full list on our 30-Day Cloth Diaper Trial page. Try, wash, love, or return them for store credit.  This is your opportunity to find the right cloth diapers for your baby with no risk.

Each household may only return an eligible item ONE time through 30-Day Cloth Diaper program. If you have previously purchased this item, you are not eligible to return it in used/washed condition. Also, only one of each item may be purchased under this program. For example, if you purchase three EcoAble Charcoal Bamboo All-in-one Cloth Diapers with Snaps, only one will be eligible for return in used/washed condition.

If you are not completely satisfied with any of these products, you may return them within 30 days of receipt with printable copy of the 30-Day Cloth Diaper Trial form. Returns MUST be postmarked within 30 days from the day you received your diapers. Returns postmarked after this date or missing 30-Day Cloth Diaper Trial form will not be accepted. If you are not sure of the date you received them, please contact us and we can let you know.

Returned items must be in clean/washed condition, free from odor, stains, rips/tears, and/or lint. Diapers and inserts with staining are not returnable. We recommend using a liner made of cloth inside of the diaper during the trial phase to prevent staining. We have the right to refuse a return that is not received in acceptable condition.

If a return is received after the 30 day postmarked date and/or returned dirty and/or part of the product is miss (ex. free insert), you will be contacted and your return will be held for up to 1 week after we receive it until payment is made for the return postage to be shipped back. If payment for return postage is not made after 1 week, it will be considered property of EcoAble, LLC.

Usually returns are handled within a couple of days of us receiving them, but please do allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

30-Day Cloth Diaper Trial does NOT apply to BUNDLE DEALS, SALE or USED items.

This 30-Day Cloth Diaper Trial program in effect on purchases made on or after January 25, 2017. 

Manufacturer Defects & Warranty

EcoAble, LLC provides product warranty for 60 days commencing from the date upon receipt of your item.

Warranty covers: PUL delamination, stitching, seams, elastics as well as product components such as snaps, hook & loop closures and fabric. For any claims that are recognized, we will provide free diaper replacement or store credit. We still reserve the right to refuse any claims or reports.

Please be advised that we cannot replace or refund diapers due to the following problems: repelling, staining, leaking, cracked PUL or incorrect sizing.

This warranty does not apply to purchases made outside http://ecoable.net. In case if you received defective EcoAble product purchased from another selling venue, please follow return/exchange policies of the selling venue where original order was placed. 

Shipping

We currently offer Free shipping on all orders in the continental USA, including US Military addresses.

We don't ship outside USA at this moment, but do exceptions if product is available in our stock room (please contact support@ecoable.net for arrangements).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
